Some of the best times to shop for sales are during the "off season" if you would.. Let me explain, during winter a lot of stores will have their summer items on sale and vise versa. For example forever21 always has a huge sale section, and I love that. I don't often have the patience to thoroughly go through it.. but when I do, I always find cute things. This top, for example, I purchased for $4.99 last summer. I also do this when shopping for my son. Target sometimes has great sales for kids during the off season. This will help you save a lot of money when shopping. Not only will it help you save, but it will help you be ready when the new seasons approach. Also be open minded when shopping through sale sections. Try new things and explore your options, expand your horizons.. You'll be surprised the things you can come up on sometimes.
