I really love this monochromatic trend that is going on right now.. Although it wasn't my intention to do a monochromatic look today, I love it!!! I was planning on a different skirt that was actually white but it didn't look exactly how I pictured it in my head.. Don't you hate when that happens?? However, I am really glad I remembered this skirt, it saved me this morning!!! I did use my bag and shoes as a pop of color, in my opinion it just gave this monochromatic look the perfect touch. I also love the mixing and matching of prints, however, it is something that I am always afraid of.. I feel like you either hit or you miss. If you are afraid to try this trend you can always try something a little more subtle like I did here. The flower print on my shoes is a little soft not as bold which went perfect with my striped skirt. What are your favorite prints to mix and match?
