Today I joined some of my coworkers on a 3 month challenge.. The Biggest Loser. Wish me luck! I have about 10 more lbs of baby weight lingering around that I need to get rid of. I've been slacking these past two months and need to find the motivation to get back on track. When I heard my coworkers were doing this I knew this was my chance to get back to the fit life. It gets so hard to get back on track once you lose sight of your goals. I think its time I get my notebook out to look back at my goals, maybe set some new ones to keep me motivated. I NEED to get back to a healthier me! I loved it when I was working out and eating right. Healthy habits make such a big difference on your body. I will make sure to keep you guys updated on how I do. Goodnight lovelies!
