There is nothing I love more than color! Love love loveeee it!! I guess you can say I just really like to standout.. and there is nothing wrong with that. Also I am obsessed with high and lows, they just are so cute. Sooo I knew when I saw this skirt that I had to have it. My eyes really lit up when I saw it on the hanger at the store. I wanted to wear this last week but I thought I'd leave it for "dress up Monday" instead.. And if you're wondering, yes, I was dying for Monday to arrive just to wear it hahaa.
